We strive to deliver your order within 48 hours of harvest, though delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Delivery is available to 20 Indian states, and you can confirm availability by entering your pin code at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. FarmToFork is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at farmtofork@gmail.com. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion, provided you provide evidence of the issue. Returns are not accepted for perishable goods unless defective.
